Garden at the River

On the Brienenoord Island, hidden in Rotterdam’s main maritime artery, Emmerik obtained a plot of land. Against the sound of cars rushing over the bridge and the sight of boats drifting by, this space functions as a test ground for plant combinations and forms a secluded spot to write, sketch and read up.
